Integrative care should bring different ways of understanding health together, not ask you to choose between them. My practice combines acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, functional medicine, and mindfulness-informed care with an appreciation for the strengths of conventional medical treatment. Each approach is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in the needs and goals of the person receiving care.
Services differ by age and location. Acupuncture is available in New York to patients of all ages. Chinese herbal medicine is also available in New York to patients of all ages. Functional medicine is offered specifically to children, adolescents, and young adults in New York, New Jersey, Arizona, and Minnesota.
What I Offer
I offer personalized, integrative healthcare that brings together traditional Chinese medicine, contemporary clinical practice, and mindfulness. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine are available to patients of all ages in New York, while functional medicine is offered specifically to children, adolescents, and young adults in New York, New Jersey, Arizona, and Minnesota. My goal is to understand the whole person, identify meaningful opportunities to improve health, and complement rather than replace the conventional medical care you or your child already receives.

Functional medicine is available specifically to children, adolescents, and young adults in New York, New Jersey, Arizona, and Minnesota. I take a broad, evidence-informed look at nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, medications, environment, laboratory findings, and other factors that may influence health, with particular experience supporting young people with ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, gastrointestinal concerns, and dermatological conditions alongside their established medical and mental healthcare.

Acupuncture is an individualized approach to health rooted in traditional East Asian medicine and increasingly studied within contemporary healthcare. Available to patients of all ages in New York, acupuncture may be incorporated into care for pain, headaches, stress, sleep and digestive concerns, chronic illness, and general well-being. Every treatment is adapted to the patient's age, comfort, health history, and individual goals.

Chinese herbal medicine uses carefully selected botanical formulas based on the individual rather than a symptom alone. Available to patients of all ages in New York, herbal medicine may be used independently or alongside acupuncture and conventional healthcare, with particular attention to medications, medical conditions, potential herb–drug interactions, and safety.

Mindfulness can provide practical tools for working with stress, attention, emotions, discomfort, and the experience of illness. Drawing on longstanding meditation practice, teaching experience, and formal mindfulness training, I incorporate developmentally appropriate mindfulness and mind-body practices when useful and desired. Mindfulness is secular and accessible in the clinical setting, requires no particular spiritual beliefs, and is always optional.
